Sea Crew Refund and Returns Policy

At Sea Crew, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us at customerservice@seacrew.com.au to let us know how we can help.

Refund and Returns Period:

  • Our refund and returns policy is valid for 21 days from the date you receive your product.
  • If 21 days have passed since delivery, we can no longer offer a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Instructions:

  • Do not send your item back before contacting us via email.

Partial Refunds:

  • Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
    • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).
    • Returns made more than 21 days after delivery.

Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. We’ll inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
  • Late or Missing Refunds:
    • Check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
    • Contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay.
    • If you’ve followed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at customerservice@seacrew.com.au.
  • Clearance Sale Items:
    • Final Sale and Clearance Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    • In certain cases, these items may be eligible for exchange only.

Exchanges

  • Exchange Policy: Items purchased from our website can be exchanged at no handling fee. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at customerservice@seacrew.com.au.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for the same item, email us, and after receiving the item in its original packaging and condition, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Return Postage for Exchanges: If you pay for return postage for an item you need to exchange, we will send a replacement at no extra charge once we receive the item.

Shipping Returns

  • Return Instructions: Before returning your product, please email us at customerservice@seacrew.com.au.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping Recommendations: Depending on your location, return shipping times may vary. For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
