Terms and Conditions

 

1. Satisfaction Guarantee At Sea Crew, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please email us at customerservice@seacrew.com.au to let us know. We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase for all products listed on our website.

2. Warranty Coverage

What Is Covered:

  • Products with manufacturing faults or defects.
  • Damaged products upon receipt.

What Is Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by misuse after purchase.

3. Returns for Refund

Restrictions:

  • Clearance sale items are non-refundable.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with tags.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of soiled items or those without original packaging and/or tags.
  • Returns are at your own cost and risk; we recommend using tracking for all returns and exchanges.
  • We do not accept COD deliveries.

4. Payment Options

Credit Card/Debit Card:

  • We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Visa Debit. Orders are processed immediately and dispatched the same or next working day.

PayPal:

  • PayPal is available for all visitors. You can use your PayPal account or a credit card. Note: A PayPal account is not required to complete the transaction.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

6. Product Availability

Our website offers products that are expected to be in stock and available for dispatch. If a product is sold out, “SOLD OUT” will replace the “ADD TO CART” feature. If a size or color is not listed, it is out of stock.

Occasionally, a product may sell out before our website is updated. In such cases, we will notify you and suggest alternative products if available. Products in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. We may arrange back orders for out-of-stock products where possible.

7. Terms of Use Agreement

The Sea Crew website (seacrew.com.au) is owned and operated by Sea Crew Pty Ltd. By using the website, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years old or of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. We may modify these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Please review this page periodically for any changes.
