Australian Domestic Rates and Estimates

Free standard shipping applies to orders $99 and over delivered within Australia.  Orders under $99 will incur a $15.00 fee for standard shipping.  Express Delivery is available for $15 to Metro, Regional and Rural areas.

Free shipping excludes bulky items, see below for shipping charges.

International Orders outside of Australia

Please be aware that international orders may incur additional costs, such as import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Sea Crew. To get accurate information on these fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office or government authority.

If an item is returned to us due to refusal of payment for duties, please note that any extra costs (including return shipping and customs charges) will be deducted from your refund.

Order Processing

Please allow up to 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 to 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

Store Pick Up

Currently store pick up is not available, unless prior arrangement is made.

All deliveries will be shipped from our warehouse at 2/17-19 Ereton Drive Arundel.

Tracking Australia Post

Tracking details will be automatically provided via email when your items are dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours after your purchase for your tracking to register in the carrier’s system.

Australia Post Delivery

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. The Australia Post website guide for Parcel Post has an estimated delivery of 2-4 business days in the same state and Gold Coast to most of NSW, and 3-6 business days for interstate.
